It’s always a pleasant visit
The dental assistant I had was fantastic!!! Very kind & informative! Very friendly & great at answering any questions I had & even gave a great recommendation as to which water pick to choose ! Definitely will continue coming back. I believe her name was Gretchen ! 100% highly recommend!
little disturbed that i had to go to three doctors do to the dentist could not take out the tooth. still in pain
Our entire family goes to Family Dentistry of Ephrata. Everyone is always kind and respectful of your time. Office admins are wonderful! It’s nice when you walk in and they’re smiling when they greet you! Check in/check is smooth which makes it easier when I have the little ones with. We usually have Paige as our tech and she’s great!!! She’s extremely patient when she’s working on our kids. Dr. Pinto is knowledgeable and makes great recommendations! I appreciate the honesty and family-orientated atmosphere.

Friendly staff, dental hygienist was knowledgeable and efficient .
Payton was wonderful! Very personable and kind. She was very thorough with my cleaning. All in all a pleasant experience for the dentist.
