I was having excruciating pain, swelling of facial area. There was no hesitancy to get me in to evaluate the situation. I must say the minute Kim brought me back until I left the office, her medical ethics were meticulous. She was concerned about my safety as well as helping Dr. Pinto with the exam. When I left the office, I felt well taken care of. Love the hygienists in the office. The dentist is thorough and takes his time to explain everything he is doing or that needs to be done. The office staff are friendly and answer all your questions. If they don't know they will get the answers and follow up with you.
