Ist time there and really liked the hygienist. She was friendly, non-judgemental and totally professional. Dr. was friendly and kind.
Everyone from Dr Pinto, his assistant, and The receptionist, were very nice . They informed me of the procedure, took impressions and said there would be one more appt. for another set of impressions , answered my questions .All very capable.

My experience at Ephrata Family Dentistry was great. I have a fear of teeth (not the dentist), I told Payton, the lady that cleaned my teeth, of my fear in advance. She was super kind and non judgmental of my fear, or the cavity that my fear caused. She was very gentle cleaning my teeth, and has the great “mini tooth power washer” is what I call it, that does most of the cleaning, there was very little scraping of my teeth, which was a relief because the sound and feeling is awful.
