I had no issues scheduling my 1st appointment with Family Dentistry of Ephrata. I asked to be put on their waiting list for an earlier appointment and they texted me some options a few days after making my initial appointment. Naomi did the general teeth cleaning and since I have no issues - it was an easy visit. My husband is going to be a new patient as well - we changed insurance and this practice accepts our Cigna plan.
I needed to be seen due to alot of facial swelling and they fit me in the same day and didn't judge me for not being there in 3 years

Due to my loss of insurance, I had not been to a dentist in a good bit of time. The team at Family Dentistry of Ephrata did a great job. Kim did a fantastic job and I highly reccomend her and the entire team.
Friendly and prompt staff, my hygienist did a great job and wasn't harsh at all with my cleaning. Easy to set up appointments with front desk.
Got my teeth cleaned by Kim she doesn’t waste time she gets the job done quickly and throughly. Had a small cavity Dr. Ava was able to fill it without having to make another appointment. Always a nice experience when I go to the dentist.
I always feel so welcomed here! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly!
