I had an emergency situation & they saw me the next day & took care of my tooth. Everyone was super nice & very accommodating, especially Christian & Dr Ava.
What a wonderful and caring staff. I am so afraid of the dentist and havent been in almost 20 years. They made me comfortable and were incredibly kind and caring. The doctor qas top notch! Explained everything along the way and made me feel confident that we could address all my dental issues.

Let's be honest a trip to the dentist is usually filled with anxiety and fear. The thought of being judged because you didn't floss properly is real, but i am happy to tell you that you will not find that here. They treat you like one of the family (the one's you like). I am glad i found Family Dentistry of Ephrata they made my anxiety fade the minute i walk in the door. I can't say enough good things. I however didn't get offered any Chick-fil-A (inside joke) thank you for making my visit pleasant. Billy B

Had a thorough check up and explained what I need done in language I can understand. My questions on future billings were explained so I could understand what I must pay out of pocket
