Reliable, trustworthy care!
This urgent care is wonderful. They are quick to get you in, very detailed, kind, and efficient. I have seen them several times and so has my son. I am very pleased and thankful to each of them. If you need medical care, you won't be disappointed with Family First Urgent Care.
I have taken my grandson here for 2 COVID-19 test. We had gone to other urgent care clinics that took much more time than Family First UC. One gave us an appointment to come back at 11 am , we got out at 2. The next one said they would text us when to come it was at 3:30 in the afternoon. Thank you Family First for being timely and very friendly.
I took my son there on a Friday night for twisting his ankle. It was 30 min before they closed and they were able to get us into a room right away, x-rays done. We were in and out in less than an hour. The staff was wonderful as well.
I slipped and fell, twisting my knee and went to Family First Urgent Care. They were amazing! I was seen by a doctor within a few minutes and evaluated just as quickly. Highly recommend them for urgent and non-urgent needs!
Everyone is so caring. They are very compassionate. I don't mind going to the doctor as long as I can come here. They all treat you as a real person not a $
My mom had a bad fall. They were attending to her before they even knew, if her vet benefits covered her there. It was nice to see a group so compassionate about the jobs. I would recommend this place. BRAVO!! Thank you for taking such great care of my mom.
