RecommendedWow! Above and beyond service! Had a great and quick visit this evening. Office is soooooo clean and beautiful. Staff, nurses and FNP-BC were all so sweet and personable. Had an couple of issues with the pharmacy filling our prescriptions and FFUC answered the phone after hours and accommodated us immediately. Couldn’t have enjoyed our visit or interactions any more than I did. So thankful for such a fantastic place in Conroe! My husband and I were both tested for the virus at this facility. From my first call through the testing and the results today, they were fabulous. They were very patient oriented. There are 3 urgent cares near our home, but we will drive a little farther and go to this facility from now on. Hats off to Family First Urgent Care!!!
