Outstanding service. Very accommodating when an appointment is needed. All facets of the business -from office staff to doctors- are friendly, helpful, caring. Highly recommended by me and my pup.
The people at this practice are the nicest human beings around. We had to put down our 12 year old Golden Retriever last week. I couldn't bear the thought of having this done at our previous vet as they are not the most compassionate people. I remember seeing Family Pet Clinic at a local event a few years back and they seemed really nice. I tried to leave a review when I recently took Baillee to see Doctor Forwood. It was my first time with Doctor Forwood. I just wanted to say she was very thorough and so nice. I highly recommend Family Pet Clinic. The doctors and assistants are excellent and so knowledgeable.

We've been bringing our cat here for a few years now. The staff are friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They seem to genuinely care for all of their furry patients. It's usually easy enough to get an appointment and they use an app where you can make appointment requests. They're also responsive to questions via email. Highly recommend!

We love this place, they are so nice and affordable! We've been going here for 5 years now with not a single complaint. Our pup loves all the techs and vets. Two locations, appointments are easy and quick. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend this veterinarians office enough. I unfortunately had to make a decision for my sickly elderly cat who had stopped eating on a Friday. Needless to say, my vet was closed fir the weekend like most, and did not want to go to an emergency vet, fearing they would not let me be with her because of covid. Our family has been using Family Pet Clinic 1 and 2 for years. We have had up to six dogs at one time, several are rescues that needed a lot of special treatment. They have been with us every step of the way. Dr. Menninger is the BEST! - very real. I can't say enough about her, the other doctors or the technicians - everyone. They are just an all around great staff that provide great service. They cheer when we cheer and they have been there when we've cried. We are so grateful to have them working with our pups.
I've been using this vet for our cats for many years, starting at their other location in Southampton. The doctors are excellent, gentle, skillful. Three years ago I adopted a lame "special needs" stray. He had been abused and gone feral--a very frightened kitty.
