I've been using this vet for our cats for many years, starting at their other location in Southampton. The doctors are excellent, gentle, skillful. Three years ago I adopted a lame "special needs" stray. He had been abused and gone feral--a very frightened kitty. I began working with him to reestablish trust in humans, and this vet helped me enormously when he needed weekly wound treatments for months and VERY gentle handling. I researched many vets before deciding on family pet clinic. They were recommended to me by a friend who takes her dog there and I am so glad I listened. Every time I go the staff is so friendly and helpful. The vets actually care about your pet and listen to your concerns. I have never had a bad experience when dealing with them. I love my dog more than anything and I trust them completely with her. I would (and have) recommend them to anyone.

This place is a piece of work. I called to let them know that my kitty had passed away via a voicemail, as they were not open yet. Never heard a peep back from them and not even a sympathy card was sent. Every other vet I have been to acknowledges the passing of a pet in my past experience. My kitty had to go to an urgent care about a month ago, as this place was closed. The xrays showed likely lung cancer. terrible service for getting the recommended medicine for my dog. They wer not at all helpful I still cannot find the provider for his medicine. when I asked for help hey said to go to their website, but did not provide a login site. I am still trying to find where I can order the medicine.
