RecommendedThe staff is professional and cordial. I take my pet rabbit, Cinnabun, there for nail trimming and general wellness. Prices have escalated in the last year, but similar to other clinics.
I have been with family pet since I moved to Sioux City 3 years ago, and never had a bad experience. My experience this weekend just validated how good the staff here are. My dog had an emergency late Friday afternoon, and from the flexibility of the staff to allow me to come in a few moments before closing for him to be seen, to the prompt attention and referral to Sioux Falls when we returned the next morning quite literally saved his life. I absolutely love this pet clinic!! They are always so patient and kind with the animals and the animal parents!! They truly care about your pets and get them immediate and safe care. I called yesterday with a concern about my dog and within minutes they had care, solution, and offered comfort to this dog mom!!! You guys have always been so wonderful to Cheeto!!! I'm new to the area and after a very disturbing experience at a different vet office, I decided to try Perry Creek. I literally had the opposite experience here. I left feeling informed and empowered and that my dog had recieved the best care. Thank you for such a great experience!
I previously took my dogs to Dr Ray for their entire lifespan, over 14 years. I just recently came back after several years and was pleasantly surprised by the changes that have been made. And glad to see Jeff is still there! I took in a stray cat with injuries, and it turns out FLV positive, and Dr Cuevas went above and beyond to make sure he got the extra care he needed and that I had the info I needed to keep him and my other cats healthy. My dog had an emergency issue and our regular vet wouldn't work him in.....we hopped in the truck with him and called Perry Creek on our way. They were very happy to work us in and were wonderful with our dog. I'll be changing to this location for all my pets future needs and routine checkups!
This was our 1st visit. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
The staff are always very kind and I never have to worry about my fur baby when she’s there!
