Pleasantly surprised this morning. I called Farison about a week ago to ask about one small area in my yard that chickweed started to grow. They told me they would handle it. Their Service Technician Parker was in front of my house early today spraying my entire yard. I thought it was a regular treatment for weed. He left the Service Ticket on my door but there was no charge. I thought it was a mistake so I caught Parker before leaving and told him I thought a mistake was made because there was no charge for my service. He i... read more
We are new customers of Farison Lawn Care. We called the office with a few questions about our service. We spoke to Tasha who was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions and concerns. We hope the lawn treatments are as good as the customer service. Thanks Tasha.
