Awesome hamburger and cooked rare just like I like it!
What a cool place! My husband and I ate there yesterday. Gave my guide to the restaurant reign over my burger. (who knows what's good, right?) Everything was fresh, juicy and tasty! Let it be known, I have not eaten meat it months so I did not want to waste an opportunity on junk. Love the concept of grass fed and local sourcing. Husband was a little disappointed with pickle (kind of bread and butter, he wanted warning) and the lack of bacon that he ordered. Intrigued with menu. Will be back to take a stab at the Brussels. Great burger! Service was good too. I plan on going back again.
The service was incredible! A warm, friendly greeting and was well taken care of when I sat at the bar/counter. The food was pretty good. The burger was fresh, but not very well seasoned. Then I cut the burger in half and when I tried to pick it up out of the basket, everything just fell apart. So I ended up having to use a knife and fork.
The #4 is legit!! I have to admit I was not expecting it to be good but I was completely wrong! I get it every time!
