Aesthetically appealing, but no property management. This seems to be a complaint across communities. I never want to deal with them again. If an online form is the only means provided for corporate contact, it's a warning. Go anywhere else.

horrible! this particular edwards property was a huge mistske. the attitude by the horrible office staff, (and, yes the manager really is as rude as you think) is enough to stay away, nevermind how outdated and dirty everything is. ((*power surges the blow electricity, they changed the bulbs. we just ended up turning off power to that spare room.)) save yourself the time and expense and rent at literally any other edward's properties. stratmoor is actually worth the little extra $, and the heat cost is way less bc of bette... read more

We have had multiple packages stolen from our porch, our hose was stolen and my flower pot has been broken....anyone who thinks moving to Dublin for security should reconsider. our neighbor had his kayack and canoes stolen that were padlocked to the building! We were automatically renewed for another year-something i would have remembered if they would have told me we had to cancel 60 days before the lease is up. the way they told us was by sending a congratulations for renewing letter... Way too expensive for the attitude! * Lived here from '02-'04 What drew us in: floor plans, amenities and location. What disgusted us: $280+ electric bills, untrained maintenance, rude (elitist) office staff, no parking and an inability to get the accounting correct! Take a look, but it will definitely not be worth the aggravation or the insanely high rent. Try a few other places, right around the corner and in the Dublin School district!
