Fantastic crispy duck special this week. Cooked perfectly, with a piquant cranberry sauce, rice pilaf, fried sweet potatoes and sautéed arugula. Just a really rounded dish hitting all the right notes. Might try it again tonight! Thanks Dominique and the Farradays Crew
