We had a wonderful experience thanks to our very professional Server Gary. Gary anticipated our every need and he provided us with an exceptional level of service!

Great dinner - food, service, and live piano music!
Loved the ambiance. The space was well decorated/appointed. The service was fantastic - never had to wait for water to be refilled. For the price, the entrees were not spectacular. My meat was not the proper temperature (medium well vs medium rare). When the server asked if all was ok, I mentioned and the response was that the meat (prime rib) was pre-cooked so it could never be medium rare. Had I known that, I would have ordered something else. For what I thought was a high end steakhouse I was surprised at the poor service that was provided Waitress seemed as she was just going through the motions There was zero attention paid to us and she seemed not to go out of her way for us

The entrees are sufficient. Two of us had chicken and waffles and the waffles were quite good but the chicken was a little undercooked. One of our group had the western omelet which was okay and another had the shrimp Benedict which was quite good according to him. The selection of sides is really quite lacking with no fresh vegetables offered and both the garlic fries and hash browns are a little greasy. The desserts are where they're really lacking and appear none are homemade.

Great prime rib with wonderful seasonings! Best wedge salad I think I’ve ever had. Great service from our server, Marcho. And let’s not forget the great carrot cake.
