Service was fast. Receptionist was friendly. Was a little concerned when my blood pressure was high and the nurse didn’t even bother to retake. She just said, “everyone’s has been high today.” Nurse practitioner told me she was going to call my meds in and “maybe” an antibiotic for precaution, no antibiotic at pharmacy. So, it was a little confusing
I went to First Care and was turned away. Even though their poster listed stitches as services they perform, they do not stitch facial lacerations because it is a liability. I was told to go to the ER. I thought the whole point of these Urgent Care was to avoid the ER for non-emergencies? Drove up the road to Fast Pace. Was told similar about facial stitches. I was just in there and trying to get some meds so I do not get any worse. I was told they could not give me any medication that would actually help me. They would just give me the same thing that I could get over the counter. The only thing they did was record my weight, blood pressure, and temperature. Who do I need to contact to try and get my money back for a visit that you did nothing for. The front desk staff was good but the provider didn’t take time to listen to my concerns. I don’t even know her name
Receptionist was SLOW to check me in. I dont care for you keeping my debit card on file. Ill go elsewhere in the furure.
The staff made me feel uncomfortable because I am smart and unvaccinated for covid. The NP told me I had covid like I had cancer. It was very weird and the sighs and rude looks she gave me when I said I was unvaccinated was insane. She should not be in her position because a doctor is there to take care of sick people not judge them.
Went in with chest pain, congestion shortness of breath. Received chest X-ray and BP only. Dr did not touch me. Did not listen to lungs, did not take temperature did not do ekg did not exam me at all. Prescribed cough pill and told me to take mucinex.
Way too expensive for what was done. Should have just stayed home.
Yeah come in needing my hand stitched up and instead of the nurse practitioner just admitting she wasn’t able to do it instead she decided to go ahead and start jamming a needle right into an exposed nerve and tendons causing me so much pain that I was about to pass out she actually inflicted more pain than the injury itself did before she finally admitted she couldn’t do it went to Louisville and though they did nothing any different then she attempted they knew what they where looking at and where able to numb and stitch a... read more
