When I first arrived, the receptionist was on her personal phone. She never put it down while she checked me in. I asked what the wait time was because someone was waiting for me in the car. The receptionist said I was the only one waiting. However, I sat for an hour before I saw the doctor. Very annoyed with this location.

The John Rowan would not perform the drug screen and sent me down the road where receptionist Brea was very rude. Nurse that performed drug screen very nice but if I don’t have to I will not be coming back

Ur billing sucks tryed double bill me then the nurse over exaggerating how bad my symptoms were and told me I need go er asap like right now and it wasn’t as bad as she said at all
Had an appointment and waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to go back
Expensive and dr was rude af
