The nurse and doctor was great, but the receptionist was not very friendly.
It was 15 minutes before closing and front desk conveniently couldn't find either Medicare or Blue cross insurance in system so did NOT get serviced. Unreal. Have had this insurance for years so no excuses other than sheer laziness and incompetance.
I lady name Tara called me yesterday after my visit she was very rude a cussing me not paying a deductible of $100 I was not aware of the front desk clerk told me there was a $1 deductible so I figured they could bill me for that so I was not given an option to pay $100 deductible if I was I would have went somewhere else bad esperance for me I wasn’t taken care of professionally.
