The whole I don’t know they didn’t. They need to change a lot of things when you walk in. It’s like you hear the people talking, but there’s no one at the desk to help you sign in through the little computer. Then you got to go sit down signing that’s just too much this supposed to be an emergency me and My Son. We waited 2030 minutes. Somebody was in front of us. First I’m on Medicare. My co pay way 65.00 dollars. The meds was another 20 bucks. When I was working I never never paid that much. Also I don’t feel a bit better than 2 days ago b

The nurse and doctor was great, but the receptionist was not very friendly.
It was 15 minutes before closing and front desk conveniently couldn't find either Medicare or Blue cross insurance in system so did NOT get serviced. Unreal. Have had this insurance for years so no excuses other than sheer laziness and incompetance.
I lady name Tara called me yesterday after my visit she was very rude a cussing me not paying a deductible of $100 I was not aware of the front desk clerk told me there was a $1 deductible so I figured they could bill me for that so I was not given an option to pay $100 deductible if I was I would have went somewhere else bad esperance for me I wasn’t taken care of professionally.
