There was a bit of a wait but that was to be expected - not too bad. As soon as Chelsea (or Courtney) maybe- one of the two names- sweet younger lady with blonde hair… came into the room- she introduced herself however Jackson was upset about being there so it was hard to hear her over him. She was patient and kind - checked him out - and got us on our way in no time. Definitely recommend Face Pace to our friends.

I have been to this facility the last two times my with my children. I would choose this place 10-1 over ANY Ballad Health facility . I love the convenience of signing in on line checking on online .and not having to wait 3 hours on a flu and vivid test. My kids have been seen within a 30 minute time frame . Thank you for taking care of my children!!!
