I received a form stating I needed to “call for an appointment” at the Blountville facility for the lab draw I needed. When I called for an appointment I was told that they don’t schedule appointments by phone and that I needed to schedule online. When I went online to schedule it would not allow me to schedule at the Blountville facility…it was not an option. I felt like I wasn’t taken seriously and the Nurse practitioner talked to me rude and hateful, and acted mad cause I refused a covid test and flu test when I know my body and have a sinus infection, she refused to give me antibiotics and wanted to argue over the fact I had a pacemaker and can’t take Sudafed, I trust my heart dr and she was questioning that! She was not very professional, her name Was Courtney I do believe

I have been to Fast Pace in Blountville several times before and it has been great. I usually give good reviews. But this past visit I was very disappointed. The receptionist was very nice, but the nurse was very short with us and looked annoyed that we were there. I told them my child had a sore throat that started that morning and she gets strep so much, I wanted to go ahead and get her checked. He ran a strep test but seemed to get aggravated while swabbing my child. She did really good but kept gagging at the swab and he... read more

I came in with a sore throat. The care was bare minimal. They tested for strep, when came back negative. There was no action taken to actually figure out what is going on. The questions I was ask were more about their health then concerned about mine. An NP call in meds to the pharmacy, when I got there she called in over the counter meds. It was pointless. There was not visit summary provided, no actual care, etc.

Don’t like the fact of paying the $100 up front before you file the visit with my insurance. Normally go to a different urgent care clinic but you are closer. Last visit because of that reason. Have heard bad reviews on getting money reimbursed if the insurance copay was less

Waited over 2 hours and then my daughter might have been looked at for 1 minute by the NP. I mentioned she had a bad cough on top of her pink eye, but wasn’t given anything for the cough. We had to return to an HMG urgent care the next week for an antibiotic for the cough. Also, my insurance is fighting me to pay this urgent care bill, but had 0 issue paying the HMG urgent care bill, which I find very odd since I have a widely accepted insurance.
