It was about 30 minutes to closing time and my baby started running fever with a rash and nasty congestion and they still let us be seen! I was thankful for the staff at the Carthage location last night for taking the time for us.

Everyone was very friendly. I felt comfortable with the staff and medical personnel . It was my first visit and I felt really bad but I felt that the nurse practitioner insured that I was cared for, made sure that I was able to express any concerns and told me if I needed further care they would be there for me I did feel that I had to wait a little longer than expected since the clinic only had one other patient it appeared.
