I didn't feel welcoming at all I felt like I was a burden to them and the nurse told me she wasn't going to give me a test because she was ready to go home they were very disrespectful

No one was there it took them darn near an hour to call me back. Get back there and have to wait another hours for the NP all to get my meds and only have nose spray. I’m all congested and stopped up, throat scratchy, coughing and everything. Guess I will have to see my doctor Monday.

After being patient 1 we waited an hour for NP to give basically otc med. not very friendly NP entering room after waiting so long and was in room around 5 minutes. Seemed to be in hurry to get in and out room but no hurry while we waited or even an I'm sorry for your wait. Med not at pharmacy when I went to pick it up. Said it hasn’t been sent over.
Excellent visit with NP. Very professional. Don’t care much for your wait In line. Got there at 9:30, out after 12:00. Certainly not fast pace when feeling ill. Would prefer to make appt.
Miss diagnosed
The staff were outstanding and the provider reassured me I was okay her diagnosis of me was right on time I feel better already and the prescription worked fine I give the provider and the staff 5 stars bless u guys Larry Wilder
The nurse was rude and had an attitude.
The Nurse Practitioner I saw was Sharon McMillin. She was very ugly to me. I tried to explain to her I usually received antibiotics to prevent my head cold from going to my chest because I get pneumonia if it does. She was very rude saying if I didn’t smoke I wouldn’t get sick. She had the bedside man or of a door post. I will never return to that clinic!
The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The nurse and nurse practitioner were not friendly at all.
