Rushed us out the door said they could next help us.
Front desk person was not friendly - took my information and that was it - not much other interaction not even - “someone will be with you shortly” No one else was even there and I had to wait about 15 minutes before being called back. On a positive note, the medical tech was very friendly and the test and the computer information exchange was done very quickly
I went to Fast Pace Health on East Brainerd 4 weeks ago for mild sinus symptoms, looking for help to speed up the healing process. I had a $0 copay with my insurance. The PA suggested a flu, strep, and covid test, which I agreed to. The unnecessarily rude physician, Sally, let me know that I had Covid, but did not provide me with anything to improve or manage my symptoms. I checked in on line for an appointment at 1153. I had to check in again and fill out more paperwork once I got inside. But once I got back into my room the service was great I don’t remember her name ( younger white female P/A she was awesome
The tech and the provided both dismissed me when I had informed them I had been there 3 days prior for the same thing and was not getting better. The Dr didn’t even care what I had to say. She interrupted me when I was trying to tell her how I was feeling and pretty much said just get over it it’ll take a few days to get better. Will not go back.
I was the only one there and it still took an hour and a half.
We made an online appointment and was 3rd in the que. we arrived 10 minutes before our morning appointment time and immediately filled out the paperwork (only 2 other people in waiting room). We then waited over an hour before going to our room. Saw the doctor quickly, but then waited 45 minutes for results of strep test. Could easily have driven across town and gone to child’s walk-in clinic in less time than it took at this clinic.
I came in to do a drug screening about 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday, as it was my only free time to be able to stop by. Upon arrival I was ignored even though the receptionist was not even a foot away from me and paused as if I interrupted her conversation and wouldn’t even look at me. I went in with concerns for my breathing. I understand you all do not have X-rays , but I didn’t know if I had some type of infection or something along those lines. Immediately, they were asking if it was anxiety. I could even hear the nurse in the hallway talking about how she thinks I just had anxiety. The doctor did not listen and it seemed almost as if I was a nuisance to interrupt her day.I have been here a few times before and never had issues.
