I was the only one there and it still took an hour and a half.
We made an online appointment and was 3rd in the que. we arrived 10 minutes before our morning appointment time and immediately filled out the paperwork (only 2 other people in waiting room). We then waited over an hour before going to our room. Saw the doctor quickly, but then waited 45 minutes for results of strep test. Could easily have driven across town and gone to child’s walk-in clinic in less time than it took at this clinic.
I came in to do a drug screening about 30 minutes before they closed on a Sunday, as it was my only free time to be able to stop by. Upon arrival I was ignored even though the receptionist was not even a foot away from me and paused as if I interrupted her conversation and wouldn’t even look at me. I went in with concerns for my breathing. I understand you all do not have X-rays , but I didn’t know if I had some type of infection or something along those lines. Immediately, they were asking if it was anxiety. I could even hear the nurse in the hallway talking about how she thinks I just had anxiety. The doctor did not listen and it seemed almost as if I was a nuisance to interrupt her day.I have been here a few times before and never had issues. Good registration. Too long of a wait in the room. Almost an hour with no one else there
Walked in at 3:04pm and left at 4:55pm. Was 5 in line. Not sure why the office is not efficient but I have been to the AFC and had 10 people ahead of me and was able to get out of the clinic within an hour.
Staff was friendly and efficient and the wait time was minimum. The MA checked BP with auto machine despite me asking her to check manually. The NP provided home instructions without any written instructions and no discharge paperwork was provided. For these reasons, I would not recommend for quality care.
