Good registration. Too long of a wait in the room. Almost an hour with no one else there
Walked in at 3:04pm and left at 4:55pm. Was 5 in line. Not sure why the office is not efficient but I have been to the AFC and had 10 people ahead of me and was able to get out of the clinic within an hour.
Staff was friendly and efficient and the wait time was minimum. The MA checked BP with auto machine despite me asking her to check manually. The NP provided home instructions without any written instructions and no discharge paperwork was provided. For these reasons, I would not recommend for quality care.
