First - the facility was very dirty. Trash on the floor and under the chairs. No white sheets on the beds in patient rooms. I had to lay on a bare bed. The blood pressure machines were not plugged in the day prior and were dead. Terrible.

Two people same household same symptoms. Two visits three days apart first patient told that they had an ear infection causing sickness after negative results from strep flu and Covid rapid test. Second patient was given strep and flu rapid test but told they have Covid and no Covid test done. Both visits were short as if they had something better to do or a clinic full of people. They are very friendly, and helpful
We were very pleased with our visit. The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The nurse was very nice and helpful. She got us tested and found out we had strep. We got the option to take shots for three days to get us better. The doctor was very nice and explained everything.

Haden was a very sick little boy and we felt he should have had an antibiotic . Today he has yellow drainage coming out his eyes and nose .
