Did good with meds issued however I never got a diagnosis. I do feel better today but I would at least like to know what they were treating me for

Please don't waste your time. No lab. Nurse practitioner was rude and had no idea what she was talking about. Will never go back.

I liked being able to make an appointment and not having to wait long. But the clinic was dirty. Floors were nasty. The doctor or whoever she was didn’t take more than 60 seconds to tell us she was negative for all the tests and have an ear infection then left. I know it’s suppose to be fast but that was a little too rushed.
First - the facility was very dirty. Trash on the floor and under the chairs. No white sheets on the beds in patient rooms. I had to lay on a bare bed. The blood pressure machines were not plugged in the day prior and were dead. Terrible.

Two people same household same symptoms. Two visits three days apart first patient told that they had an ear infection causing sickness after negative results from strep flu and Covid rapid test. Second patient was given strep and flu rapid test but told they have Covid and no Covid test done. Both visits were short as if they had something better to do or a clinic full of people.
