Walk I’m told Hour wait! Was not happy. I was extremely sick and could not hold my head up!!! Finally got to go back the nurse did her part and then the NP came in!! Finally someone listened to me about my health!!! She talked and got me medicine called in and today I’m starting to feel better. I don’t think there should be a HOUR WAIT!!
Waited a whole hour and 15 minutes for you to tell me that you can’t help me.

Wasn’t fast paced but the people were friendly
Sabrina was great at the front desk very welcoming and actually greeted me!! Stopped what she was doing to take the time to give me directions. Jennifer was my nurse and made me feel at ease even though I was in a lot of pain. My provider Amanda and hope knew exactly how to treat me properly and sympathized with the pain I felt due to a kidney stone! I have been using you all for my urgent care needs for 6+ years now and I am very grateful to have you all in the community. Keep up the great work!!
I have been using Fastpace for 6+ years and have never had a bad experience. From the time I walk in the front doors to the time the provider is done with my visit I have always felt welcomed and heard and have always received excellent care. Thank you for being part of our community and giving the proper care patients deserve.

Will not be back charge my insurance and also myself more than my copay
I went yesterday to see if I had pneumonia and she barely even done anything or anything just listen little bit. I know I still have it . it feels like I’m still coughing and still wheezing and all and she was like nope u don’t have it but I know i still have it or something … i don’t think i should be charged for yesterday visit in Crossville tn …
Overall good experience
I went in bc of ear pain, chest pain and feeling dizzy. My blood pressure was extremely low and all she did was check my ears and told me I have a sinus infection prescribed antibiotics and sent me home
