Everyone there in Crossville are wonderful and welcoming. Keisha is awesome along with Dr Chrissy and Dr Amanda. Will in the future if need be will come back.
Your staff was wonderful. Keisha was tops and informative. The lady Dr. didn’t get her name compassionate and concerned about my wound. She was very informative and gave me great instructions.

Drug test for new job
The original visit was not bad. The medical assistant was very friendly. Length of visit was not bad. The follow up from the clinic in regards to the original illness was poor.
Overall good however Needed to ask for follow up care before leaving. Was told to follow up with primary doctor, asked if they can provide X-ray results and paperwork to doctor. Was provided paperwork at that point.
Saw the PA didn’t any closer than 3 ft! Didn’t take temperature or blood pressure! When I checked my temperature at home it was 101!Paid $50 co pay! Complete waste of time, went to another walk in the next day got full blood work done and 3 prescriptions! I feel I should get my co pay back she did nothing was in the room maybe 1 minute! Doubt I will be back

I was fine with waiting and paying, got to the back the nurse was helpful then I waited for the nurse practitioner he came in for 5 mins and didn’t tell me what was going on, just Prescribed me mediation but didn’t tell me what they did or how to take them. Was given no information or anything. Had to go to cvs we’re they finally told what they were and how to use them. I feel like I should have been given more information
