Check in process was difficult because your system would not accept an email that I was told they had to have plus some questions on the check in questionar were a little odd

My appointment was at 4:15 And sat in the waiting area. For a hour and finally got called back and then they didn’t even check me out that told me they was calling some medicine in didn’t even tell me what kind

I was very satisfied except for the 1 hour wait . I was 1 person there @1. I had not registered on phone so had to register. I was second person to be called back, which was fine, they had preregistered. But I went back at 2. Too long!
It just takes too long cause I waited for over an hour
I was greeted with the upmost respect. The front desk receptionist helped me to sign in . I’m not use to doing sign in with a phone and she was very helpful. I didn’t have to wait long.to be seen. The nurse was nice and she was ver professional. I would recommend my friends to the clinic.

Went because I’m sick did nothing to try to find out what I have wrong with me but did a covid and flu test and told me to take over the counter meds I could do that much I went because I’m sick for you to find out what’s wrong
