We had an appointment at 10. Didn’t even get into a room until 11. The doctors were very unsure in what was wrong with my daughter (most likely hand, foot, and mouth). Then, when I informed them that she’s allergic to Benadryl, they acted like that was the only thing they ever prescribed, so that also stumped them. The first doctor was very unsure about everything, never made eye contact, said he would be back and never came back. It was slow to just take a random drug screen. The last time I was here it took 10 minutes but this time was 2 hours.

Check in process was difficult because your system would not accept an email that I was told they had to have plus some questions on the check in questionar were a little odd

I was very satisfied except for the 1 hour wait . I was 1 person there @1. I had not registered on phone so had to register. I was second person to be called back, which was fine, they had preregistered. But I went back at 2. Too long!
It just takes too long cause I waited for over an hour
