The front desk receptionist was very rude. She was on her cell phone when at desk, while she was calling me back, and in the back room. She also didn’t seal my sample. The importance of sealing a sample should be stressed to the staff. She had a terrible attitude through the entire visit.

I went in for bloodwork for personal reasons for 1 they opened 30 min late i was waiting at the door at 8:00 and the practitioner made it seem like i was a terrible person for even checking my health and safety. she continued to ask what me and my boyfriend do for a living because of what i was testing for (not that that’s any of her business) she told me “ok you need to calm down” because i was giving her multiple answers to a question that wasn’t direct so i didn’t know what question she was asking exactly so i answered i... read more
It was HORRIBLE
There should be a faster process for drug screens. Unfortunately, I waited an hour to pee in a cup which was a 5 min process. I’d suggest having 2 people handling the drug screens. The nurse and front desk were great.
Came in for sore throat doctor told throat was red ask for a shot she said I didn’t need one and next day went to my doctor come to find out my tonsils swollen and infected very bad got two shot feeling better
