Had to take a drug test twice because you took to long to test the first one. Said my urine was deluted. I know damn well I don’t do drugs. Lady at front desk was late getting to work and rude as hell. But I guess that’s just what you get when you deal with holly springs. Not professional at all. If y’all can’t do better just close this place up already you damn near cost me a job!!

The front desk and the nurse was awesome! But sadly the Dr that was there was not very friendly or caring. I had to ask for a sinus cocktail after telling how bad I was hurting and wouldn’t give me a strep test! But sure wanted to do a Covid test as soon as I came in! Needless to say I wont be returning there!
Reserved timeslot for 8:30 AM, I was not called back until 930, my mother had got a notification that my appointment was canceled when she called. They told her it was not but they did not call me back until 930. What is the point in reserving a timeslot if you're not gonna be called back within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, we love fast pace. This was not fast paced at all.
The nurse that came in was very good very nice efficient and explained and listened. The nurse practitioner not so much was in hurry didn’t explain what for me what I needed to do about my blood pressure. She said it was 177 over 95. All she did was say keep a record of it My Blood pressure has. Never been high I had an infection in my tooth and I just wanted a strong antibiotic so I Could get it pulled next week. The front desk receptionist was very rude. She was on her cell phone when at desk, while she was calling me back, and in the back room. She also didn’t seal my sample. The importance of sealing a sample should be stressed to the staff. She had a terrible attitude through the entire visit.

I went in for bloodwork for personal reasons for 1 they opened 30 min late i was waiting at the door at 8:00 and the practitioner made it seem like i was a terrible person for even checking my health and safety. she continued to ask what me and my boyfriend do for a living because of what i was testing for (not that that’s any of her business) she told me “ok you need to calm down” because i was giving her multiple answers to a question that wasn’t direct so i didn’t know what question she was asking exactly so i answered i... read more
It was HORRIBLE
There should be a faster process for drug screens. Unfortunately, I waited an hour to pee in a cup which was a 5 min process. I’d suggest having 2 people handling the drug screens. The nurse and front desk were great.
Came in for sore throat doctor told throat was red ask for a shot she said I didn’t need one and next day went to my doctor come to find out my tonsils swollen and infected very bad got two shot feeling better
