It was so easy to schedule a same day appointment. The clinic is always clean and the staff are always friendly. There was a short wait before seeing medical staff, but not too long. Diagnosis was quick, prescription was digitally sent to the pharmacy for pick up. I have a regular PCP but First Care Clinic is great for quality/reliable healthcare in a pinch.
I’m immunocompromise and every time that I get sent from work to go there it’s always a wonderful experience and they’re always so quick and so compassionate

Your staff was kind and considerate. The provider (Dr. Crisp) did a terrific job treating me and had a kind and sympathetic approach towards me. My only complaint is the time it took before being seen. I was in the main waiting area approximately 30min. and there were only three patients there when I checked in. After I was called and had my vitals taken. I was left in an exam room for approximately one hour.
