I’m immunocompromise and every time that I get sent from work to go there it’s always a wonderful experience and they’re always so quick and so compassionate

Your staff was kind and considerate. The provider (Dr. Crisp) did a terrific job treating me and had a kind and sympathetic approach towards me. My only complaint is the time it took before being seen. I was in the main waiting area approximately 30min. and there were only three patients there when I checked in. After I was called and had my vitals taken. I was left in an exam room for approximately one hour. It was fast with hardly a wait I just wish the provider would have done more to find out what was wrong other then just look at my throat and checked my ears it was like she didn’t care that I said my chest was hurting when I coughed because I feel worse today
