Everyone I came in contact with was pleasant and helpful with the exception of the person at the front desk. She may just have been having a bad day, but she acted like she did not want to be there. She was neither helpful or pleasant. I understand it. I didn’t want to be there on Christmas Eve either. However, I still tried to be pleasant.

The wait was too long to get into a room. I had to wait an hour to be seen.
The service was ok. The reception may need more training on how things are ran.

The nurse was super. The doctor was OK but the weight was ungodly. We were there an hour and 47 minutes after our appointment before even seen and we were there 10 minutes before.I don’t know who we seen we got no paperwork.
I went to y’all twice in one week and not one single test was run. Nose congestion, coughing, sneezing bodyaches, headaches, and sore throat, and no one thought to swab me or test me for strep, flu, or Covid. Just for me to feel even worse the next day and I went to the Jennie Stuart ER to find out that I was flu a positive. When the last time I went to your provider, all she told me was I don’t know what’s wrong with you. I think you have a sinus abscess. I’m sending you to ENT.
Said they ordered meds for me and they never got sent out
It was good , very polite people and good service
I saved a 2:00 spot and was not taken to a room until 3:00 where I was then made to wait until almost 4:00 to see a physician.
