The receptionist was very rude. The sign in the office states “respect our workers” it also needs to say our workers “will respect you” They are in a setting of care, safety and welfare to f the patient. I will probably choose another clinic if and when my loved one or I needs help because of her. The other office staff seemed well trained and polite .

The front desk/receptionist was terribly rude. I asked a question in which I didn’t know the answer. She answered in a tone, like I was stupid or something. A stupid question is one not asked. My granddaughter who is the sick one even noticed that she had a smart mouth. Please speak to her and tell her when someone is sick all the extra is not needed. We came for help. Not hurt. So disappointed that she works in a workplace as such. She needs to work at in another setting. I pray for her.

Denesha Wells Was the medical assistant & she was very rude, I didn’t like her energy or attitude at all when I first came in & couldn’t get my second son signed up I was at the window waiting for her to see if she can fixed the issue she started being funny by saying “ you need the iPad “ when the iPad is what I had already used I was just waiting it to send my son’s verification information she called my kids diagnoses out in the PUBLIC ( asked me what I meant in front of everyone ) then we got in the room she got frustrat... read more

Very rude & unprofessional attitude sucks
I was not heard. I agree my husband had pneumonia and was and should have been their priority. However, I am sick as well. Being told to take Zyrtec , telling me they sent a prescription in knowing full well that is an OTC medication. They agreed I had fluid behind my ears and a postnasal drip but didn’t address my shortness of breath or low o2 sats. Pretty sure the MA put in the final o2 sats after I did deep breathing not the original one of 91. The student NP informed us that she was a NP but nowhere does her name appear ... read more
