I had a really good visit. The doctor/nurse practitioner seemed really knowledgeable and prescribed me some medicine to clear things up. Everybody that worked there was really friendly & they was recently priced. The only downsides are: they have no lab to examine the urine sample I gave them (the reason for my visit in the first place) and they could not take a blood sample. The Nurse Practitioner and the medical assistant was not very caring at all. She acts like she did not to take care of me at all she came in the room she said I will give you a antibiotic but I will have you sign a paper stating I’m not responsible for what happens not very caring at all she did not know what vitals signs was they had not taken them she said she would do one thing but did not it’s sad about the care that was given I will not recommend this place anymore

I went in with an ear infection that I had been struggling with for over 2 weeks and the nurse prescribed me the lowest dosage, dosage of antibiotics and when I called to try to get a refill because it wasn't enough they Said that I needed to come back and pay an additional $150 and be seen again. Seemed like a scam to me. My experience was not okay as a cash customer

I made an appointment prior to showing up, which helped cut down the time that I actually waited. The nurse and the doctor were very kind and helpful as I was feeling terrible. The only reason I’m not leaving a five star review is because the (older) woman at the front desk was horrible. Probably one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with at a doctor’s office. Laura the “patient care specialist” is a rude person. I’ve been here with my children on several occasions. Like most people at an urgent care, we’re here due to an illness or injury. Also, like most people, it’s during my working hours and very stressful. Each time she has made me feel as if we’re inconveniencing her. She’s in a position to either start helping the patient or add to the difficulty of their day. For me, it’s been the latter every single time.
