Was in and out within 40 minutes. That's not always the case but staff is always friendly. So glad we have an urgent care in Kodak now.

The whole experience was great except for the receptionist. As soon as I walked in she was very rude for no reason at all. I thought maybe it was because of something that happened earlier but the second time we walked in for the actual appointment she was just as rude. This is the last thing you want to deal with as a sick patient or being the parent of a sick child. The provider was thorough and very kind. No complaints about her at all.
