Well they where very nice and understand and sweet but they do a wonderful job.
My first time being at the clinic. The receptionist, LPN and NP were very welcoming, professional and kind. All made me feel heard about my symptoms. The NP took time to examine me, explain and answer any questions. That is rare to me in today’s healthcare.
I’m not one who likes to go to emergency departments but if I ever have to again , I’ll go there !
Nice and friendly
The front desk rep was super nice, patient, attentive, empathetic and informative compared to the last 2 times I visited back in 2022 & 2023 because in 2022 & 2023, the front desk reps were rude & unhappy. I don’t remember the male’s name at the front desk but he was awesome.
Great experience.
I think the staff did a wonderful job was in and out during my lunch break.

Clinic was understaffed but doing a great job. They were helpful and patient with my three year old.
