Fast Pace has recently added a policy that a clinic is not allowed to tell you there is no X-Ray tech at that location. So after a 1 hr and 50 min wait, they are supposed to let the provider see you, then refer you to another Fast Pace location that has an X-ray tech on site. For me it was another clinic about 30 mins away. So 1hr 50 mins waiting at clinic 1, to be sent to clinic 2 30 mins away, to wait for who knows how long to have an X-ray. Rude & unprofessional nursing staff
Horrible service, care and compassion. The whole experience made a mockery of Healthcare. For all of us working in Healthcare right now who are being overworked and we keep showing up every day thank God we are doing it better than this. The people I encountered today broke HIPPA and and didn't care about a single person. Absolutely appalling. Really opened my eyes today.
This is horrible I have been here for two hours, this is uncalled for isn’t this supposed to be fast. Please learn how to move faster when you have sick patients everywhere.
Went in on 11/28 to bring my toddler in for a fever. The women that took us back and attempted to check my son’s vitals was incredibly rude. There was no greeting from her and has terrible bed side manner and doesn’t know how to talk to children or people in general. She attempted to get my toddler’s blood pressure and didn’t say a word to him. She just grabbed his arm and tried to put the cuff on. He cried and screamed from fear and not feeling well. RecommendedYesterday I went get a covid test because we are going on vacation out of the country. Everyone was very friendly. They told me to return today to get my results. The red head receptionist working tonight was very rude. constantly on her phone and was acting like we were bothering her. I can't believe they would have someone rude and soo angry like her working the front desk dealing with patients.
I went in this afternoon in severe pain in my back and leg. I had to wait 30 mins before being called back and then when the provider came in I told him what was going on he told me my Irvine was clean. I told him I was seeing a kidney doctor in the morning and he said "a kidney doctor or a urologist?" I said I guess a urologist. He just seemed cocky!
