I went Sunday to be tested for covid at the hwy 14 location. The receptionist was incredibly rude and was preoccupied talking to the patients she was on a first name basis with. She failed to collect my copay before I was called to the back. After I was called, and tested positive, I attempted to pay so I could leave and not expose everyone. I am absolutely shocked, one would think a medical practice would be wearing masks due to covid 19. Well apparently green door urgent care on country club road, does not seem to think that rule applies to them . Not one member of staff wore a mask not one ! Walk in front desk, no mask , I was fortunate to be only patient this evening , so I go through the back the nurses station no masks , the tech who came to my room to take vitals no mask. I usually dont leave reviews for things as such. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I went to this establishment a week ago sick and not feeling well and of course they test me for covid which is fine. charged me $85 for said test wouldnt give me anything for pain while i was there sent me home. came in the room with an open swab to test me with first off it should have been still in its wrapper. fast forward a week later I called for results because I still dont feel well and the lady tells me we have lost a few of the re... read more

RecommendedThe staff are wonderful! I love the environment of the waiting room. There's a huge saltwater fish tank with live aquatic plants! You don't feel like you're going to the doctor, rather checking in to a hotel. It's a 5-star experience, the waiting room and the treatment you receive!

I was sent here for a work related injury and all I received was the runaround!
the staff was not friendly with the toddler patient we brought in... at no time was a stethoscope used... the no (Brian) didn't even introduce himself! he just came in, said "what kind of rash does she have" and left the room. the patient was a baby... he didn't even look in her ears or her mouth!! totally dissatisfied!!!
Ive been a few times and had pleasant experiences. The receptionists and medical assistants are always super nice. The doctors and nurse practitioners are very hit and miss. I went in today complaining of persistant itching and flaking of the skin on and around my eylids. She said she couldnt see anything wrong but yet she wouldnt even get close to me, shine a light on my face or anything. This was after she shamed my well respected psychiatrist for the anxiety medication he feels appropriate to prescribe for me. I guess sh... read more
I am so sick and when I go to the clinic Miss the counter could not give good afternoon or I can help in the afternoon. It has been so far a very bad deal And that I'm not new patient. I am patient for 2 years.
