I pre-registered online and was given an approximate time to be seen. It was over 30 minutes past the time that I was seen.
First after I got to the back very unprofessional nurse . I have heart problem and lupus and they did not even ask me the medicine I’m on to make sure anything they gave me wouldn’t reaction. Second the nurse practitioner very rude . She looked in my ears and that’s it but tells me I have upper respiratory infection without even listening to my chest . My blood pressure was extremely high at another fast pace the day before, and she refused to check it manually. Was a complete butthole. Went to the ER and had an t checked manually and the machine Leesville used was off by 30 points on the bottom number. If they would have just taking my BP manually like I asked instead of treating me like a dumbass, I might would have a few more answers sooner.
The staff was great. I was to have a referral to Dr Harvey but they don’t have it yet. I was in urgent care Monday afternoon and it’s Wednesday. I was seen at Leesville by a Dr Cynthia and I don’t know her last name. I have a broken toe which requires an Orthopedic according to her.
