You misdiagnosed an apparently “very clear” case of hand foot and mouth disease on an infant and I had to spend four hours at a hospital to receive a proper diagnoses and treatment for my child. Never once in my life have I heard anyone say “yeah you’re probably right” when explaining an ailment to someone at a clinic or doctors office. The doctor looked like a child and lacked everything when it came to bed side manner. Very little tact and no empathy. She didn’t want to wrap my hand even because she said it was too hard to wrap.
Np Gretchen said covid and flu swabs negative, going to treat as pneumonia. I told here been taking nebs every 4 hours while awake. I notified my DON that she was treating as pneumonia, and sent note to my job. She diagnosed me with chronic bronchitis, adult. I have never had that diagnosis even from my PMD. How can she give me a chronic dx after seeing me one time? There is a chance I may lose my job over this. Name of provider not on your list but won’t let me submit without one listed.
