Had to wait in waiting a room about 20-30 minutes which was a little more than i feel I should have had to with making an appointment online. I was at spot 1 when i arrived. Other than that, i was treated with respect. Everyone was very nice.

With a very serious rash, I knew I needed to get to urgent care quickly. The nurse practitioners at first care knew exactly what was going on and quickly got me on the proper treatment.

Appointment made easy online. Got there and i was #1 in line but they did take someone in that came in after me. No biggie. I waited 15 minutes to be taken back back. Seen immediately and diagnosed with a uti. Will go back
