The two admitting clerks are doing an awesome job. I have been to this facility several times and it was not a pleasant experience. The last two times were very good. As soon as I got in, I was attended to immediately. The facility is being operated much more efficiently than in my previous experiences.

I had to wait way too long to get called back after checking in. I scheduled online and after it showed me being 2 in line, several others went in before me. The PA and nurse were very professional and the staff courteous. Only complaint was the wait after checking in.

Let me start off by bragging on the provider, I didn’t catch her name, but my papers say Kristina Roark. She really took the time to listen to my concerns and checked things over that actually pertained to my complaint better than any provider I’ve had in awhile. She had a GREAT personal-professional balance and was very kind and took the time to explain things to me. She is the best provider I have seen there to date!
