Easy to register. Waiting time as a walk-in was very reasonable. Staff was courteous and professional. The nurse practitioner, Amanda, prescribed medications that are doing their job. Feeling better already. Highly recommend.

I waited over an hour for a primary care appointment. This is unacceptable and I should have left but I needed to see someone to be able to get my prescriptions refilled. This is the second time I have had to wait for over an hour for the same PN. The first time I left. I wish the turnover wasn’t so rampant at Face Pace.

Process was slow. I was there 10 minutes before my appointment. Still didn’t get called back until 15 minutes later. Was not offered any kind of medication. Was just told to keep doing what I was doing even though it wasn’t working. Waste of my time and copay
Girl at the front desk needs a job not dealing with people. Lady in the back was really nice and helpful, well done! Again, front desk girl shouldn’t be so bothered to have to talk to people. I’d like to think this may have been a bad day for her but I heard from another person the same experience.

There were only 2 people in the lobby and I had everything filled out and stilled waited almost an hour to be seen. Just for a physical too. It wasn’t for anything that would have taken a long time.
I wish they had better advertising about checking in on your device before hand. When you walk in the receptionist at the front desk looks at you like you’re crazy for approaching her, but how is anyone suppose to know? She doesn’t ask anything except, “have you checked in?”, which then follows with, “well you have this many people in front you.. scan the QR.” Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a doctors office.
