Took my son in for a wound on his toe. They couldn’t perform an accurate X-ray because he was moving a lot and then told us to go to Children’s er. They didn’t even try the X-ray a second time. They didn’t clean his wound either, just left blood all over it. The feeling I received is that they didn’t want to be hassled with a toddler and his crying annoyed them. I don’t remember the doctors name who I had seen but I liked her very much … I liked that she offered alternative views on medications .. very personable ..

Absolutely poor service. Slow and very disconnected with my concerns. 60 min wait for a urine drug screen and then avoided eye contact when called back.
Well the in person care was great but I do not know my results yet.
Staff was very nice and friendly. However, I was there for 2.5 hours and it was not very busy.
