There were only 2 people in the lobby and I had everything filled out and stilled waited almost an hour to be seen. Just for a physical too. It wasn’t for anything that would have taken a long time.
I wish they had better advertising about checking in on your device before hand. When you walk in the receptionist at the front desk looks at you like you’re crazy for approaching her, but how is anyone suppose to know? She doesn’t ask anything except, “have you checked in?”, which then follows with, “well you have this many people in front you.. scan the QR.” Now don’t get me wrong, it’s a doctors office. Took my son in for a wound on his toe. They couldn’t perform an accurate X-ray because he was moving a lot and then told us to go to Children’s er. They didn’t even try the X-ray a second time. They didn’t clean his wound either, just left blood all over it. The feeling I received is that they didn’t want to be hassled with a toddler and his crying annoyed them. When we were walking back to our room, the nurse sitting down at the computer told us to shut the door for our “privacy”. We were the only patients there at the time... read more

I don’t remember the doctors name who I had seen but I liked her very much … I liked that she offered alternative views on medications .. very personable ..

Absolutely poor service. Slow and very disconnected with my concerns. 60 min wait for a urine drug screen and then avoided eye contact when called back.
Well the in person care was great but I do not know my results yet.
Staff was very nice and friendly. However, I was there for 2.5 hours and it was not very busy.
