I walked in at 4:20 and left at 6:51pm. I started out in line as #4. This seems excessive to me. The desk attendant mentioned several times she was filling in from another office. She said “if our office was this busy I wouldn’t work here.” I got called back and waited an hour and 15 minutes in the patient room. The nurse practitioner came in and was very apologetic and she even ended up giving me the shots herself. I know everyone was overwhelmed but I just think if it’s like this everyday they need help!!! Went here on to 2/3/23 for a DOT physical everything was going fine until the time for the paperwork they would not provide with the long form with all the findings. They did, however fax to my company the long form, but did not finish filling it out after 7 days trying to get them to fill out the paperwork. The paperwork still not filled out correctly. At this time I am forced to go to another physician to get a DOT physical to be able to continue driving. I will not ever return to this place.
