I made an appointment 4 days in advance, to renew my cardiac medication. I arrived early and waited 36 minutes, only to watch the walk ins be called until the waiting room had been emptied. When I asked about delay, I was told they were overwhelmed with walk ins. I then asked them to explain the purpose of scheduling an appointment then, to have it handled as just another walk in. I was first one there on Monday, lots of paper work. after paper work still took a while to see doc. think they where waiting on flu test results.
The wait time was about 30 minutes. The timing was good—about 4:15. I received a shot and a prescription for a Z pack. All went well.
Took my daughter in yesterday for what we thought could be a broken arm. She’s 2....TWO!! The practitioner was obviously frustrated because she was crying....IN PAIN. Complaining so loud that other patients could hear her complaining about my daughter crying (said patient also knows me and told me about it....Mayfield is a small town!!). While splinting her arm she said “I’m about to lose it!” because she was crying. She was being held down by 3 strangers and hurting!!
